Extracom is the last Extranet Conjuguer launched, in 2005. It is also dedicated to the sharing of knowledge and good practices about local management, but among inter-communal entities. This professional tool brings together so far more than 1,000 users, i.e. elected representatives and local government managers.

The objective of this network is to facilitate the sharing of experiences, information and know-how among local government managers. The surveys that are posted deal with all inter-communal management issues: town planning, economic development, housing policy, human resources management, roads...

With Extracom, the intercommunal entities can share their management experiences but can also consult:

• results of the surveys posted by other intercommunal entities
• library of documents (deliberations, internal rules, contracts...)
• deliberations on the local public services charges and fees managed by the communities
• the connecting bridge to the library of the charges and fees of the large and medium-sized cities Extranets

The bi-monthly newsletter, sent to more than 1,000 users, highlights a series of recent surveys posted by the inter-communal entities.
