Cyberservice is an Extranet dedicated to the medium-sized cities of France to share their knowledge and good practices about local management.
Almost 40 cities and 3,000 permanent users, elected representatives and local governement managers exchange their experiences and benefit from the answers adapted to their specific local management issues.
The sharing of experiences among cities is carried out through surveys posted online, on the Extranet, and then incorporated in the database.
The 6,500 surveys and 3,000 documents are classified according to different areas of local management: human resources management, environment, roads, local finances, town planning, education...
The database of local public services charges and fees is the only one of its kind in France. It is updated every year and offers online access to more than 600 bylaws regulations the pricing of municipal services managed by medium-sized French cities.
Users can also consult a synthesis of fees applied since 2002 across similar or standardised services.
The monthly newsletter, sent to more than 3,000 users, highlights a series of recent surveys posted by the medium-sized cities.
